Reviewing and approving monthly
pay requests;
Reviewing change orders for fair and reasonable prices;
Keeping a record of as-built changes;
Conducting a preliminary walk-through;
Preparing a “punch list” of
contract items
to be completed;
Verifying “punch list” items have been completed at a final walk-through;
Preparing record
drawings from the field records of as-built changes;
Supplying electronic
and hard copies of the record drawings to the Agency.
