Civil Engineering Design

ESE's civil engineering design team is well versed in all aspects of roadway design, streetscape improvements, erosion control, airfield projects, utility design and relocation, and storm water management. Partial client list includes: FHWA, FAA, NDOT, Caltrans, Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County (RTC) and the City of Reno.

Project Management

ESE is uniquely qualified to manage and administer the construction of transportation projects. Our principals and employees have significant experience on transportation projects at the federal, state, and local levels and have a complete knowledge of the specifications, standards and regulations involved in administering federal, state and local contracts.

Geotechnical Investigation

ESE provides geotechnical investigations, including the characterization and analysis of in-situ materials, for roadways, airfields and site development projects.  

Construction Inspection

ESE’s engineers and inspectors have extensive experience providing construction inspection and contract administration and are known for their strong leadership in what can be a complex process.
